Atlas Advisors (ATLAS) is actively seeking a Language and Cultural Advisor Recruiting Manager (AfPak) with prior experience conducting community outreach programs targeting the diverse ethnic communities within the AfPak AOR. The incumbent will support ATLAS’ operational cultural awareness programs and increase ATLAS’ positive presence and brand recognition in the AfPak communities across the country. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of cultural, economic, geopolitical, and military issues of the Middle East. A native Pashto and Dari speaker with the ability to translate and edit documents is desired. Candidates should have recent, relevant, deployed experience supporting Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan (OEF-A). This position will also assist our OCONUS candidates through the onboarding process (hiring process, language tests, CRC, deployment) and continued support once they are hired. Minimum Qualifications
• Individual is expected to develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

• Should have a well-developed network of professionals in the intelligence industry and the ability to easily interface with such individuals generally.

• Should have solid interview skills and be comfortable using automated tracking systems, initiating ads, etc.

• Work with ATLAS senior leadership on client relations and business development (Afghanistan cultural training field)

• Establish, maintain, and update an On-boarding handbook detailing the hiring and deployment process.

• 2-3 years of recruiting or sales experience is desired

• Customer service oriented

• Experience in conducting interviews and vetting

• Basic familiarity with proposal language and processes

• Previous intelligence experience preferred
