Role Player Supervisor - Atlas Advisors, LLC - United States

Atlas Advisors is actively seeking Role Player Supervisors to perform the following functions:

• Schedule and coordinate military activities requiring subject matter experts and role players.

• Plan, research, develop, and present training to role players in preparation for event support.

• Conduct research to develop pertinent biographical and operational environment information and role player background sheets for the individuals needed to replicate in the exercise.

• Maintain and update biographical information on key position role players in combatant command theaters of operation that provide exercise support. Research and assist with development of story lines for exercises and the correct employment of role players.

• Anticipate Key Leader Engagement (KLE) interactions and required responses in accordance with the story line.

Roles/Responsibilities
• The role player manager will be in charge of all role players at all times.

• The role player manager will be responsible for ensuring the role players have all the appropriate logistics support including food, clothing and sleeping equipment.

• The role player manager will be responsible for making sure the role players are briefed and rehearsed on the training scenario.

• The role player manager will work directly with the Training Coordinator and the unit’s exercise coordination cell so that all timelines and training objectives are met.

• The role player manager should have a good understanding of military tactics in urban terrain. Special Operations is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have military training experience and experience with units in Afghanistan, Iraq or other deployed AORs. Must have previous leadership and management experience (5-7 years).

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Willing to obtain a Security Clearance

• Experience with Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE 4) analyses (BCAs), and Requirements Correlation Matrices

• Experience with DoD in joint and interagency staffs

• Secret clearance

• BA degree

• Experience with operational service in Iraq or Afghanistan

• Experience with Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE 1)
