Responsibilities:
Work with the Manager to plan and schedule maintenance activities and to establish goals for the organization. Enforce company policy and safety standards. Assign and direct Craft Workers for Building and Utilities (Allied Trades) and Electrical/Electronic trade.

Assign and direct use of organizational assets to ensure the most efficient use of those assets.

Coordinate and/or provide the training of all assigned employees in safety, environmental responsibility and functional skills. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations by assigned personnel.

Direct, prepare, and approve reports of activities and work accomplished.

Responsible for reporting potential real environmental concerns to the Environmental Service

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Education/training consistent with a Master Craftsman Status

EXPERIENCE: Six (6) years experience in Construction trades or related field Government Contracting experience desirable. Two (2) years supervisory experience essential.
