Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for qualified and motivated personnel for the following job opportunities. All positions are located in Afghanistan and could require TDY to other countries within the CENTCOM AOR. All applicants should be medically fit, have experience working with the US and/or NATO military, and be capable of working up to 84 hours per week while living in an austere environment. Personnel U.S. security clearances are strongly preferred. Additional experience and qualification requirements specific to each position are listed below:

Positions Available
Logistics Specialist


The Logistics Specialist handles the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of all gear and equipment in support of the client’s operations. The Logistics Specialist will be familiar aspects of supply as it relates to office flow, personnel protective gear and equipment and up to date logistics management practices.


• Provide briefing for the management, employees and the contract workforce as it pertains to the accepted practices for logistical issue and storing.


• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the chain of management on the status of all supplies and gear.


• Maintain a supply room within accordance of acceptable supply management practices accountability of OC&IE to include PPE and other assigned property.


• Possess strong communication skills and be able to work with MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other office management tools.


• Must be proficient in industry standard logistical practices.


• Must meet criteria set below in Minimum Qualification.


Finance Specialist


The Finance Specialist with handle all aspects as it concerns to the payment of invoices, personnel and supply needs. The Finance Specialist will resolve all issues as it relates to payment of services for the clients linguist operations.


• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting.


• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.


• Candidates must exemplify and maintain highest standards trustworthiness, honesty and integrity.


• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and standard Adobe imaging software.


• Excellent decision-making ability and sound judgment.


• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.


• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Evaluate the client’s operational and historical financial data to make projections on upcoming expenditures.


• Assist in establishing financial policies to insure the client in compliant in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).


• Must be proficient in industry standard financial practices.


• Must be proficient is MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and other logistical programs.


• Must meet criteria set below in Minimum Qualification.


Assistant Site Manager


The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) will assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day operation of the client’s linguist operation. The ASM will be responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the status of the work force to the chain-of-management. The ASM will help facilitate conflict resolutions between the workforce and customer.


• Assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the personnel and business of the site.


• Report directly to the Site Manager any incidents and file appropriate incidents reports.


• Manage the day-to-day activities and schedules of the employed workforce.


• Act as a moderator when conflicts and issues arise between the workforce and the client.


• Must be proficient is MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and other logistical programs.


• Must meet criteria set below in Minimum Qualification.


• Must have at least SECRET security clearance (U.S.)


Movement Transient Manager


The Movement Transient Manager (MTM) will coordinate all daily activities of all Movement Assistants to help facilitate the timely transfer of personnel during the movement phases of the client’s operation. The MTM will report daily, weekly and monthly the status of all personnel in transit to the chain-of-management.


• Provide daily management to the Movement Specialist.


• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly personnel schedules for employed personnel


• Track and coordinate leave dates and travel for employed personnel.


• Act as a moderator when conflicts and issues arise between the workforce and the client.


• Must be proficient is MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and other logistical programs.


• Must meet criteria set below in Minimum Qualification.


• Must have at least SECRET security clearance (U.S.)


Movement Specialist


The Movement Specialist executes the movement of staff between commercial/military and billeting while supporting both intra- and inter-theater transportation activities.


• Provide briefing to transient personnel concerning travel requirements and instructions for AORs.


• Complete required LMC paperwork for all travelers.


• Report all incidents to the chain of management and complete required incident reports.


• Assist in maintaining 100% accountability of transient personnel and implement effective systems and controls.


• Maintain accountability of OC&IE, to include PPE and other assigned property


• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times


• Other ad hoc duties as directed by the ATLAS chain of management.


Minimum Qualifications
• US Military post-9/11 service period honorably discharged veterans are strongly recommended to apply.


• Previous experience supporting the US Military and/or Coalition Partners Preferred


• Valid Passport & Driver’s License


• Ability to successfully pass host country background check and US National Agency Check


• Ability to successfully pass a Force Protection/ Counter Intelligence (FP/CI) Screening


• Must be team oriented; Must work with little supervision


• Adequate English Skills (Speaking/Reading/Writing)


• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email


• Ability to successfully pass a MOD-11 Medical Screening Requirements which include, but are not limited to the following assessments/screenings:


Immunizations: Typhoid / Varicella / MMR / Anthrax / Polio / Tetanus / Small Pox


Physical Examination: Satisfactory Body Mass Index (BMI) / Blood pressure / Respiratory / Cardiac / Psychiatric / Neurological / Endocrine / Vision / Dental / Overall Health / Hematology / Blood Group / Chemistry Panel / Microscopy Urine/Stool / TB-Chest X-ray / Hepatitis A / Hepatitis B / Hepatitis C / HIV / VDRL/TPHA / Malaria/Typhoid
