NCI: As the Coalition Interoperability Technical Services Lead ( Network Engineer III ), you will manage the subject matter expert support to the Army CIO/G6 Cyber Security Directorate in coalition network interoperability. Highlights of Responsibilities:
Provide planning, policy, technical, operational and analytical services in support of the ongoing processing and methodology refinement of Afghanistan or Allied Mission Network (AMN) and development of Joint, Coalition, Mission Partner, Alliance Network, and Assurance & Validation (A&V) of mission thread interoperability.
Provide expertise in the exchange of critical Joint and Coalition Mission Thread (J/CMT) information and improve overall interoperability enabling Joint and Coalition forces communications to be conducted more effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with Coalition Interoperability Assurance & Validation (CIAV).
Demonstrated experience supporting Allied of Afghanistan Mission Networks.
Demonstrated understanding of TRADOC mission thread process development.
Demonstrated experience providing analysis of technologies, processes, tools, and architecture for cybersecurity programs.
Demonstrated understanding of DoD and/or Army cybersecurity environments.
DoD 8570.1-M IAM Level II certified.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Assurance designing, developing and implementing Identity Management or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5 years of experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree in a technical field.
