(AFG-KANDAHAR) Labor Foreman
Job Summary
Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor Crews.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services
- Responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance and construction cost
- Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract design data, schedule, cost budgets and quality
- Advises the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk and cost influence factors
- Maintains the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman
- Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process
- Develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be flexible
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Detailed Oriented with Organizational Skills
- Computer Literate
Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
Travel
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
