Sr. Technical Specialist

LogiCore Corporation is currently seeking Full-Time, Sr. Technical Specialist .

Position Overview:

The ASE LNO performs critical support and oversight functions and is the single PMO ASE representative among active theaters of operation and executes the PM ASE LNO duties for all ASE system in theater.

Updates forward deployed Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) pilots and aircrews on system improvements and provides system reinforcement training as needed.

Collects system data and updates the PM ASE logistics office daily of requirements and trends developing in the field while verifying current system operational readiness rates.

Prepares correspondence to track spare parts, maintenance, and training requirements as well as future operational needs for aircrews.

Conducts technical assessments on the system performance, coordinates product improvement activities, facilitates crew refresher training, and implements changes as released by PM ASE and hardware prime contractors.

Assists the units with the loading of vital classified data.

Prepares weekly correspondence about events that affect operations in theater as well as planning support of those systems from Huntsville, AL.

Evaluates crew and maintainer level maintenance tasks per Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTs) systems manual.

Prepares briefings and documentation to update Theater Aviation Maintenance Program (TAMP) personnel of current maintenance status and spares as well as theater platform inventory.

Establishes customer relations to promote positive communications between CAB and Theater Aviation aircrews, maintainers, commanders and Program Managers office ensuring rapid and accurate information flow.

Coordinates and facilitates changes to contractual agreements for hardware and life support items between PM COR and Theater/installation COR personnel.

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to independently organize and conduct analyses/research.

Must be knowledgeable on all ASE systems and have an understanding of how to interact with military, DoD Civilians and contract civilians for the duration of the deployment.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.

Strong detail orientation, organizational and time management skills.

Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Education/Experience Requirements:

HS+15; AA/AS + 13; BA/BS + 9; MA/MS + 5 years’ relevant experience.
