International Development and Program Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Project plan coordination and implementation of federal civilian operational strategies and supporting the execution of international development plans

• Management of 5 project resources in support of programs and missions to stabilize, and promote development in regions currently in distress

• Provide guidance and input to mature existing governance processes

• Support coordination of inter-agency communities with project management tools and techniques

• Provide reporting on progress and status of agency-sponsored missions and related work

o Summarize and perform analysis across programs for executive briefings

• Support in the development of acquisition-related documentation for future government procurement

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship, Secret Clearable

• 15-years of relevant work experience

• Master’s Degree

• Excellent organization and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience managing a team of business analysts with concurrent work streams

• Experience in international development, economic growth/policy, community development, agribusiness, and natural resources management

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and Windows operating system

Preferred

• Knowledge of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and surrounding region, to include governments, geopolitical climate, and international relations of countries supporting that region

• PMP-certified
