AECOM Government Services supports the U.S. federal government with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity as a Quality Control Auditor on it MOSC-A contract in Afghanistan. The Auditor Develops and presents quality related training programs/presentations to all levels of personnel and management. Ensures applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/modifications to the contract. Monitors and reports on conformance to the Quality Management System. Coordinates with Managers at all levels to provide assistance as they achieve and sustain ISO 9001 standards. Be a quality “champion” by promoting, teaching, and presenting quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency. Works with Quality personnel to develop a surveillance program that produces effective feedback to the various work sites within this contract. Assists the Quality staff in the application of statistical process controls. Conducts audits and performs other administrative duties as required within the Quality Office. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  

  4 years experience as a Quality Assurance Auditor required.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and initiatives required.

  Must have excellent and effective presentation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have completed an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training Course no later than 30 days after hire (at employee’s expense).

  Must be able to influence without direct authority by building effective partnerships throughout the organization.

  Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees. Must have strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
