GENERAL DESCRIPTION
UltiSat is a part of Lockheed Martin’s team to provide mission support through employing over 75 highly technical professionals responsible for analyzing sensors and processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) of intelligence products. Also, UltiSat will be establishing PED Aerial Reconnaissance Support Teams (ARST) with dedicated personnel and program management to perform flight operations on a fleet of aircraft in Afghanistan (and other future OCONUS locations). This role will be the provide budget, contract and financial analysis support to UltiSat’s SS-AISR Program Manager and day-to-day interface with company Controller, Finance, Accounting and Contracts department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, review, analyze, monitor and report on project spend and hours tracking
- Provide notification for 75% funding • Proactively review costs and initiate cost corrective actions as needed • Consolidates cost data and provide support with the travel and other expense reporting and/or review • Review project invoices and compilation of supporting documentation to be submitted • Assist project manager and/or staffing requirements and assesses the budgetary impact of any changes • Supports in the preparation and submission of data or other written program deliverables • Provides assistance on other SS-AISR program related tasks as directed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree required • 3 – 5 years relative experience • Prior experience in a government contracting environment • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards • Proficiency in MS Excel. Specific use with pivot tables and formulas. • Working knowledge of other portions of MS Office Suite • Excellent attention to detail is a must. • Excellent verbal/written skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
