Job Description Operations Manager – RPAT must have at least 8 years of applicable Army supply experience and is responsible for the day to day operational planning and execution of all RPAT operations at the assigned locations. The Operations Manager – RPAT must have applicable experience in estimating requests, program planning requirements, and in be able to provided updates/inputs to the Program Master Scheduling Plan. Develops, coordinates and executes repair induction and throughput schedules in accordance with the contract requirements. Operations Manager – RPAT must manage the phases associated with retrograde operations including receiving, accountability, disposition, baseline reconfiguration (four corners operations), agricultural cleaning, transportation and reporting/records maintenance. Develops, coordinates and executes repair induction and throughput schedules IAW the customer requirements. Leads execution and coordinates issue resolution with Government repair site. Develops inventory management strategy and coordinates supply chain for rotatable assets, repairable components, new replacement parts and meeting availability and reliability metrics. Meets budget and inventory requirements. Develops and participates in monthly Performance Management Reviews.
US Citizenship and SECRET security clearance required.
