Job Description The Logistics Information System (LIS) Manager is directly responsible for the internal support of all LIS used by the contractor under this effort. The LIS manager must have not less than 10 years of experience supporting Army LIS, must have any required certifications in order to effectively carry out the duties required. The LIS Manager must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.
