Job Description Qualified technician must be highly proficient in the calibration and repair of damaged/malfunctioning binoculars, rifle scopes and spotting scopes, forward looking infrared devices and other observation or sighting component. The technician may evaluate adequacy of data obtained to determine need for future changes in instrumentation, and may modify existing equipment and participate in planning and testing modified equipment and instrumentation procedures.
