Job Title Truck Driver Heavy

Job Description Drives trucks with a capacity typically between 3 and 30 tons including Line Haul, Tanker, HAZMAT, and HET vehicles as required for project objectives, including operations outside the wire. Operates vehicle in accordance with client requirements, established practices, standard commercial driving regulations, and applicable material handling requirements. Prepares all documentation and obtains appropriate approvals as required. Communicates status and issues with management as appropriate. Follows all applicable safety regulations and practices. Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License or home country equivalent. For drivers operating vehicles used to transport gasoline, jet fuel or other volatile material, a valid CDL with appropriate HAZMAT endorsement is required.

Basic Job Requirements High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and three (3) years related experience.

Other Job Requirements Employee has to be Tier 2 with Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement.
