AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. Job Summary
AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the MOSC-A contract for a Maintenance Analyst I. The Analyst is responsible for researching and collecting all necessary data in the different phases of the maintenance,supply, and quality processes as they pertain to the maintenance department Identifies any potential stop points or trends and provide possible solutions or courses of action Ensures completeness, accuracy and integrity of the files containing the data collected within the maintenance,supply and quality processes of the maintenance department. Prepares detailed reports, presentations, flow charts, decisions trees and any other Lean Six Sigma tool to show processes and trends. Develop and organize new maintenance projects and missions associated with the contract Ensures that the maintenance processes are in compliance with ISO and Lean Six Sigma methodology and standards. Ensures that the appropriate Maintenance Allocation Chart is applied to Work Orders Collects and distributes data from the Safety Advisory Messages from Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command Unique Logistics Support Applications Gathers information from work orders and supplies required data to the Modification Management Information.System Army site. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years’ experience in maintenance process and analysis required.
Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may
be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of
college and vice versa.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance prior to start date.
Proficient in MS Office software applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Must have understanding of the ISO, Lean Six Sigma processes and methodology
Must have knowledge of maintenance, supply and quality performance processes
Must be able to provide possible solutions to the processes and trends identified
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
