Regional Manager/Team Leader - Tetra Tech - United States

Tetra Tech currently has an opportunity for a Regional Manager/Team Leader at our Afghanistan Project location.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise field staff.


• Oversee the efforts of assigned staff to ensure they carry out project-specific activities and meet project objectives.


• Determine risk factors and provide relevant mitigation plans.


• Monitor project execution to ensure conformance with corporate procedures.


• Maintain communication with clients and customer representatives to ensure satisfaction and to monitor supplemental work requirements.


• Prepare and submit paperwork/reports as required by the company and/or clients.


• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• 7+ years of applicable experience.


• ERW/UXO awareness preferred.


• Prior supervisory experience preferred.


• Professional Registration desired.


• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
