Job Title Contract Management Administrator
Job Description Prepares project contractors list and ensures all contract files are maintained. Prepares and develops contract standard documents (such as the request for proposal). Receives and evaluates proposals. Ensures security of pricing information and obtains approval of proposal evaluations and award
recommendations. May conduct proposal clarification meetings. Prepares contract documents. Loads and manages contract information in contract management system (intranet/internet ready), CMSi, and commitment writer. Supports management of assigned contracts and conducts jobsite meetings with contractors. Provides contract and timely documentation of changes. Receives and distributes contractor-related correspondence. Reviews contractor claims and backcharges. Coordinates receipt, verification and approval of contractors’ invoices. Maintains and issues contract status reports. Prepares daily reports, receives and distributes for approval notices of final completion. Coordinates the acceptance of work. Completes and distributes evaluation forms.
Basic Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and five (5) years related experience.
